We offer flat rate shipping of $10 for domestic shipping and $25 for international shipping on all purchases under $500. Purchases $500 and above are free shipping.
Return Policy:
We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make on our online store. We believe strongly in our products and their quality.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply reach out to penelope@hopup.shop within 14 days of your original purchase date.
Please provide: (1) your order number, (2) the product(s) you would like to return, and (3) the reason for the return so we can process your return promptly. In order to be eligible for a return/exchange all products must be in new and unused condition in its original packaging so that we will be able to exchange it or refund your purchase price, less shipping charges.
